You can return any product and request a refund within 15 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, the part must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be with the original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return, please provide your name, email and purchase number. You will receive return instructions. The value of the piece will be refunded through the same payment method. Return shipping costs will be refunded in the form of online store credit.
Once the part is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received the returned product.
The refund will be processed and the credit will be applied to the same payment method, which may take up to a week. We will also offer a credit to spend in the online store to cover your shipping costs (after proof of shipping).
